BackBliss™ Returns/Exchange Policy & Process

GuaranteeWith over eight years  trading experience, customer choice and satisfaction have been our main focus since the beginning.

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your BackBliss™ purchases in anyway, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.

Your right to cancel your order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, telephone the Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 1753 861091 or e-mail our Customer Services Team with the order number and your instruction to cancel.





 

If you wish to return your BackBliss™ to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice, although prior notice is always appreciated.

You may return new unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and affix the correct postage and send to the address below.  If you have already destroyed the packaging, you will need to repackage the relevant items to send them back to us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your returned order and we recommend that you consider using the free Royal Mail Proof of Posting service or Recorded Delivery for larger value items.  Unfortunately we are only able to refund postage & packaging costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please allow up to ten working days for your BackBliss™ product to be returned to us via Royal Mail. As soon as we receive the goods we will process your request, for either a refund or replacement, within 3-5 business days and notify you by email of the action taken.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
