guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your BackBliss™ in any
way, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (excluding
packing & delivery) provided that you return it to us undamaged and in their original
packaging within 14 days of receipt.
BackBliss™ Returns
If you wish to return your BackBliss™ to us, you may do so without
giving us prior notice, although prior notice is always appreciated.
In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and
affix the correct postage and send to:

Refund and exchange process
Please allow up to ten working days for your BackBliss™ to be
returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods
we will process your request, for either a refund or replacement,
within 3 working days and notify you by email of the action taken.

How to cancel your
order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to cancel the contract for the
purchase at any point from the time of ordering until
seven working days after delivery.
To
cancel this contract, telephone the Customer Service Team on 0870
264 5225 or e-mail our Customer
Services Team with the order number and your instruction
to cancel.
If we have already shipped your BackBliss™, you will need to package
the relevant items and send them back to us. We will refund
the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as
possible and in any case within 30 days after receipt of your notification.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund postage & packaging
costs.
