Problems with checkout
If you have any problems with our checkout process please do email or call us and we will be happy to help or take your order over the phone if you are in the UK. However for your security, telephone orders can only be sent to your billing address
Order dispatch
Orders are dispatched on a Tuesday and Friday subject to availability with daily dispatch at Christmas. Please call us if you have a particular deadline. Orders are sent by Royal Mail (UK) or AirMail SMALL PACKET (Europe/Rest of World).
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your order and another one to say your order is 'Awaiting Shipment'. This 'Awaiting Shipment' email is generated by a member of the BackBliss dispatch team once they see your order on the system, so this email is not always immediate as a human being needs to activate it! You will receive a final 'Shipped' email once your order has left us - so please allow the following number of days from receipt.

Worldwide delivery
We are able to deliver to most countries. However there are restrictions on some products although we have never experienced any problems to date. If we cannot deliver to your specified country a member of our customer service team will contact you to organise alternative arrangements.
Customs and duty
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
