Where possible your order will be sent out the day it is received. Normally orders received before about 2pm go the same day, but this may not happen for later orders.
Orders will definitely be sent within 24 hours of receipt (weekends excluded).
Royal Mail Methods used and Delivery Times
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet (UK) or AirMail SMALL PACKET (Europe/Rest of World).
United Kingdom 1-2 working days
Europe 3-5 working days
Rest of World 5-7 working days
In the past free P&P was available on selected items. Unfortunately it is no longer possible to offer this.
BackBliss delivers to most countries. There are no restrictions on mailing BackBliss products. If I cannot deliver to your specified country I'll contact you.
If you mistakenly order an item with FREE P&P that is available to UK residents only, I will contact you to find out whether you would like to pay the additional P&P costs for me to ship the item to you. If I do not hear from you with 7-10 days of my email to you, I will refund the order in full.
Customs and duty
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibillity; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What happens after you place your order?
You will receive a confirmation email from me upon receipt of your order and another one to say your order is 'Awaiting Shipment'. This 'Awaiting Shipment' email is generated by me or a colleague once we have seen your order, so its not always immediate, as a human needs to activate it! You’ll receive a final 'Shipped' email once your order has left the.
